The production time of your order after you have placed it can take 1 to 10 business days to be fulfilled.
Shipping within the continental US takes 2-5 business days.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other unincorporated US territories can take an additional 7-12 business days.
International shipping can take up to 8-14 business days.
If your package arrives damaged, please take pictures of the outer damage before opening the package. Also take pictures of any damage to items. Make sure to include these pictures in your message as it will be needed to file a claim with the shipping company.
